Your price and refund address travel in an encrypted Zcash memo. The amount is the payment itself: the launch wallet sees it arrive, while the city and other bidders see nothing until the result is final.

Your browser made a claim key for this bid. Only a fingerprint of it goes in the memo:
The bid file is the only copy of the key. Keep it private: you need it to claim your tokens on Solana, and anyone holding it can claim them instead.
Scan with a Zcash testnet wallet and send from your shielded balance. The code fills in the address, amount and memo.
Open the payment in your Zcash testnet wallet app and send from your shielded balance. It fills in the address, amount and memo.
After the close, anyone can match a claim to its bid: the amount, the price and the refund address, though never who paid. Claiming to your everyday wallet ties that bid to it. Left blank, the tokens go to a fresh address made from the key in your bid file, tied to nothing else until you move them.
The relayer pays the Solana fees. Before signing, your browser checks that the transaction pays the address above, then signs with the key in your bid file. The key never leaves this page.
Bids are private, but the result is not taken on trust. With the launch's viewing key, anyone can re-run the auction from the Zcash chain and compare it with what Solana pays out.
Every bid, highest price first, with what it got: won in full, partly filled at the clearing price, lost, or late. Lost and late bids get everything back. Bids are anonymous: no addresses or keys.
Every refund the auction owes, found on the Zcash chain by its receipt memo. Open one to see it mined; the amount and address stay shielded.
It shows every bid's amount, memo and refund address, and every refund paid. It never shows who sent a bid.
